Smaller Item Delivery – Standard Delivery

Please note: FASTWAY does not deliver large furniture items, i.e. anything over 30 kg, or any product that won’t fit into their delivery vans

Larger Item Delivery - Furniture Delivery

Large furniture deliveries, i.e. anything over 30 kg, large quantities of furniture, or anything Fastway cannot fit into their delivery vans

Delivered By: Fern & Bear Home Delivery Team

Cost: Delivery costs €20.00

Delivery Time: usually within 10 Working Days

Delivery times are within business hours Monday to Saturday.

The information below refers to pieces of furniture or a large quantity furniture order that cannot be sent with Fastway i.e. anything over 30 kg or any product that won’t fit into their delivery vans

  1. Delivery payment and details will be arranged with you by email or telephone through Customer Service. You will also be allocated a time slot, either before 2 pm or after 2 pm. We, unfortunately, cannot commit to bespoke time frames as circumstances beyond our control such as traffic congestion, breakdowns and inclement weather all play a role in the time you receive your delivery.

  2. When choosing your furniture we advise you to inspect the product thoroughly taking note of its dimensions.

  3. The customer is responsible for ensuring the items will fit through the doorways and access points of their home. Refunds will not be given due to incorrect measurements taken by the customer.

  4. Once the furniture has been delivered, we ask you to examine it carefully. You will be asked to sign a ‘Delivery Accepted Form’ from our driver stating that you have completed the inspection and you are happy with the condition of the furniture.

  5. All of our furniture is quality checked, however, should any piece arrive at you damaged in any way we will happily offer you a replacement.

  6. The company always exercises great care and consideration whilst on the customer’s property. Fern & Bear cannot under any circumstances, accept liability for any occurrence that may take place thereon.

  7. COLOURS AND FINISHES: Whilst every effort will be made to match colours and finishes, all-natural and synthetic colours and finishes can only be supplied on the understanding that there is always a possibility of variations.

 

The information below refers to items which will be delivered by Fastway anything under 30 kg

  1. You will receive an email from us, complete with a Fastway tracking number confirming your order has left our warehouse.

  2. You will also receive a text from Fastway on the morning of your delivery.

  3. If you are unable to receive the item that day, Fastway provides you with a link which allows you to reschedule your delivery.

Delivery during large sales or promotions

While we will do our very best to deliver your items within the above time frame, there may be slight delays during large seasonal sales.

Returns

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY:

ONLINE FURNITURE RETURNS

  1. Goods can only be returned in the event of the item(s) being flawed or incorrect from your original order.

  2. Upon delivery, we strongly advise that you inspect your order thoroughly, whilst the delivery personnel are present. Should any item be flawed/damaged/ incorrect from the original order, bring this to the attention of the delivery team. Contact will be made with our Customer Service team and an agreed resolution will ensue. If you are unable to examine your order at this time, note that goods can be returned up to 3 days after delivery.

  3. We can replace or offer you store credit, with proof of purchase.

  4. Contact us at sales@ferandbear.com to process your return.

  5. Please quote your Order Number, Item Code, and Reason for Return.

  6. All goods will need to be returned in their original packaging.
